Gallery Labo accepts payment for overseas purchases through PayPal and principal credit cards. Select your preferred method of payment on the purchase form.
The prices cited do not include Japan’s 8% national sales tax or shipping fees. Orders from outside Japan are exempt from the Japanese sales tax. The gallery will inform you of the shipping fees for your confirmation before finalizing your order.
You may return an item for a full refund if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason. To return an item, be sure to inform the gallery by email within seven days of receiving the item. The gallery will reimburse you for the return shipping fees if the item was damaged en route to you. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees if the item has arrived undamaged.
